Why did I decide to become a nutritionist?

I have always had an interest in food and nutrition, I was fascinated to understand the relationship between how different foods could affect your body and mind. I also have Endometriosis and I have learnt how different foods and nutrients either make my symptoms worse or help alleviate them. My desire to learn more about food and its healing properties  is what drove me to take the leap and leave a Corporate career to study Nutritional medicine.

I am excited to be able to share my knowledge and help as many people as I can.

I am passionate about supporting and assisting individuals to feel great again. I believe that once we determine what the correct foods for you are, you will begin your recovery journey. I would love the opportunity to be your partner on this journey back to health and wellbeing.
